A 19 year-old has died from serious injuries he sustained following a one-car accident in Moniteau County, Missouri last week. The teen was a passenger with a 20 year old driver who lost control of the car which crossed to the opposite side of the rural road, overturned and hit a tree. The driver of the car also suffered serious injuries during the crash. Have you been the passenger in an auto accident which resulted in injuries? If so, you may have a claim. Zane Cagle can assist in determining if you have a case. Negligent acts on the part of other drivers may constitute a personal injury claim or a wrongful death claim if you have lost a loved one in an auto accident where he or she was not the driver.
At The Cagle Law Firm, an experienced St. Louis auto accident attorney can review your claim and help you file a lawsuit against the person responsible for your accident or injury or to help you to determine if you have a wrongful death claim.
