A driver traveling in the wrong direction on I-70 crashed into a tractor trailer this morning near Kansas City. The driver was traveling west on an east bound lane. Missouri Highway Patrol drew blood from the driver to check the driver’s blood alcohol level, however, it is unknown at this time if there will be charges. The driver sustained injuries in the collision with the tractor-trailer and I-70 was closed for an hour for auto accident clean up. When a driver is negligent, the effects are often deadly. Catastrophic injuries can be a result of truck accidents as well as wrongful deaths. If you or a loved one were hurt in an auto accident or truck accident due to the negligent or reckless driving, you may have a legal claim for compensation.
