According to Illinois State Police, a drunk driver struck a construction worker last weekend, pinning him between two cars, while the man was on a road construction site in south suburban Dolton, IL. The driver and worker’s names were not released, but police reports indicated the accident happened around 4:15 a.m. when the driver of a Cadillac entered a protected work zone and struck the man. The worker sustained two broken legs after being pinned against the Cadillac and a van. Both men were transported to local paxil no prescription hospitals. As of yet, no charges have been filed against the drunk driver, but he could be held liable for his negligent driving in a civil suit. The construction worker could file a claim to receive compensation for his medical bills and loss wages while recovering from his injuries.
