While working on scaffolding, three employees of a masonry corporation in Ohio were involved in a tragic accident that took the life of a 52-year old man. According to Columbus Police reports, one man fell to his death while working on-site. The two other employees sustained non-life threatening injuries and have been released form the hospital. Because the cause of the accident is unknown, all construction for the site is closed while OHSA continues its investigation. Construction accidents involving falling or malfunctioning equipment can have devastating and even fatal effects.
If you were injured on site, you may have a right to compensation from your employer, especially if the accident was due to a lack of safety precautions. Call a skilled Construction Accident Attorney at Page Cagle in St. Louis today for a free consultation.
