Godfrey, Illinois Woman Files Suit Against Construction Company

A plaintiff from Godfrey, Illinois filed suit against a construction company after one of its employees rear ended her vehiclein an auto accident in May 2007. As a result of the accident, the plaintiff sustained permanent injuries. Since the other driver was an employee of the construction company and the accident occurred during the work day, the company could also be liable for her injuries. According the the suit, plaintiff alleged she suffered disability, disfigurement, physical pain and impairment of enjoying her daily activities. She claims paxil 30 mg that the other driver was negligent by driving too fast, and failing to keep his vehicle under control. In the three-count suit, the plaintiff seeks a judgment in excess of $105,000 plus costs.
