New York tow truck driver hits car while on two cell phones
Posted on August 14th, 2009 by Zane Cagle
Earlier this month, a New York tow truck driver admitted to police that he had been texting on one cell phone and talking on another when he crashed into a car driven by a 68-year-old woman with her niece. After hitting the car, the driver then crashed into a residential swimming pool. Although the woman and her young niece suffered non-life threatening injuries, the truck driver could still face legal consequences.
