An Illinois man was in a pedestrian auto accident on Chicago’s South Side that resulted in serious injuries. The man was outside a polling place when a car hit him sending him into the air. He then landed on the car before the driver quickly sped away. An investigator took down the license plate number as the driver sped through red lights and two men are now in police custody.
