Maryland Police charged a UPS driver last week after the driver ran a red light and collided with another vehicle, killing the driver. According to the reports, authorities charged the driver with negligent driving, failure to stop at a red light and failure to obey a traffic device. When the accident occurred, the other driver was attempting to make a left turn just two miles from his home when the UPS driver struck his vehicle. The victim died at the scene, and his 9-year-old daughter was seriously injured.
